Arash Farshid

 Arash Farshid, a principal at Doorbell Capital, is an Orlando-based real estate investor and a commercial real estate syndicator with over 25 years of investing experience and a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio.  He has the unique ability to take a vision and make it reality through sound strategy development. He intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that wind through an under-appreciated asset, brings them together into a coherent whole, helps others extend their thinking, and drives material business advantage through following his tested operational efficiency methods.

Arash began his career in the automotive sector, gaining unparalleled experience in Finance.  Superb analytical skills have established him as a successful real estate entrepreneur.  He enjoys helping, educating and supporting aspiring investors as they develop strategic investment plans to create multiple sources of passive income to replace their active earned income and achieve financial freedom. 

Arash attended UCF in Orlando, currently serves on the Board of Directors for Orlando Science Center and loves to spend time with his spouse Tammi and their 3 boys, Arman, Barron and Harrison.
